Mac & Cheese Bites with Salsa-

Yes, mac & cheese bites! These are so good by themselves but the addition of the salsa just takes them to the next level. Feel free if you’re not a salsa person to serve these with a cheese dip, marinara, ranch…etc.

Love this! I eat the Bruschetta, Feta, and Lentil on salads but I’ve never thought to use it as a dip! The fiesta stuffed peppers are calling my name πŸ™‚

It makes the BEST dip! We used pita chips to dip and the whole bowl got devoured. Oh you’ll LOVE those peppers-an even lazier way to do them is to just do peppers and laughing cow cheese (so good)!
