I’m so excited to share this post with you all!

As much as I love to write about running, my races, my favorite products…etc I also want to be sure I’m providing you all with valuable content!

I recently posted a status on my personal Facebook asking what topics people wanted to see more of on my blog and had an overwhelming amount of people say they needed quick, easy and healthy dinner ideas.

Well…your wish is my command!

So to get as many different ideas as possible I reached out to some of my fellow bloggers and came up with a HUGE roundup of 30 Healthy Meals Made In 30 Minutes Or Less! This roundup includes everything from chicken enchiladas to vegan mac and cheese so enjoy!

I can’t stress enough how life changing cooking at home is. You save so much money, you eat healthier, you can make extra for lunch the next day and I think you even save time! Think about it… it’s way easier to throw some Lemon Pepper Cod in the oven and relax than get in your car, park, order food, wait, wait some more then get back in your car to consume a 2,000 calorie meal right?

    This roundup is so perfect for me right now! Working all day then sometimes even going to an hour and a half of hot yoga after means I need quick meals, but of course I still want them healthy, so this roundup has so many great recipes for me to try so I don’t have to sacrifice nutrition while saving time.

      I’m so glad you like this roundup!!! Oh I feel you… I work from about 8 am-5:30 pm then either run or go to yoga and get home at like 8 pm every day. Quick and easy meals are the only option!
